The chef and gastronomic entrepreneur aims to consolidate the brands of his group and accelerate their international expansion. Among the projects already underway is a new operation in the United States and a restaurant at the Baccarat Hotel in the Maldives, scheduled for the end of this year or the beginning of the next.
