Loma Amarilla: the project that divides neighbors and the municipality and could affect the Surco ecological park
Lima is a city that has a deficit of green areas, but increasingly in recent years there have been cases reported of neglect by the authorities or invasions of parks and public spaces. First it was the case of Campo de Marte and currently the neighbors of Surco are protesting against a construction project being carried out in an area adjacent to the Loma Amarilla ecological park.
