According to the data provided by the Spanish consul in Lima, Mr. Antonio Pinilla, there are 850 voters in the plebiscite authorized by the king, Mr. Alfonso XIII, to gauge the opinion on the work carried out by General Mr. Miguel Primo de Rivera during the three years he has been in office as president of the military directory. The Spaniards currently residing in this capital amount to about 1,400. According to the telegrams received by Mr. Pinilla, the Spaniards living in the provinces have signed almost all the records, but until last night he was unaware of the number who had attended the registration places.
