The Government of Keiko Fujimori proposes a broad package of security measures with legislative powers, which includes strengthening the DINI, declaring certain criminal organizations as terrorists, expanding the tracking and geolocation of cell phones, modifying the rules of legitimate defense, and reinforcing the intervention of the Armed Forces in support of the PNP.
