ProInversión contradicts Petro-Perú: The state-owned company has not yet formalized the agreements to obtain the US$2 billion financing
The oil company would be delaying the formalization of the Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) that will manage the financing. Therefore, ProInversión has called an urgent meeting with the president of Petro-Perú this July 22.
