Antonio Pinilla, consul of Spain in Peru, reports that, having been approached by numerous Spanish entities domiciled abroad to be authorized to take part in the plebiscite which, as a show of approval of public opinion towards the work of General Miguel Primo de Rivera, and the request that the government convene the National Assembly in which all classes and sectors of the nation are represented, to be held on the 11th, 12th, and 13th, His Majesty’s government has authorized Spanish subjects over 18 years old to sign the adhesion sheets.
