The barbaric abuses committed by the Chilean gangs organized in Tacna and Arica by the government of Santiago had a tragic outcome yesterday with the death of Mr. Manuel Espinoza, who was assaulted in recent days by a gang of thugs that Chile supports and encourages in the provinces held of Tacna and Arica. We, as Peruvians, protest against the barbaric abuse of which our compatriot in Tacna was a tragic victim, and as members of humanity, we protest against the murder of a man.
