El Niño Phenomenon: How will State investment be distributed to face disasters during 2027?
The funds planned for prevention, preparedness, and response to the effects of the El Niño phenomenon and other natural events during the next year will concentrate more resources in the central government; but at the same time, they would not reach the amount approved at the beginning of 2026.
