The Commission of Constitution, Regulation and Foreign Relations of the Chamber of Deputies summoned the President of the Council of Ministers, Luis Galarreta Velarde, to explain before Congress the scope of the request for legislative powers submitted by the Executive Branch.
Deputy Marleny Arminta, from Ahora Nación, demanded that the Government take immediate measures to unblock the roads in the south of the country. The demand was made in the chamber of the House of Representatives following the presentation of the General Government Policy by Prime Minister Luis Galarreta.
