- Enter your DNI or foreigner ID card number.
- Select the year the complaint was registered. If it was registered before August 8, 2015, you must check the activation box.
- Press the ‘Consult’ button.
Requirements to file a police complaint
- Be 18 years old or older.
- Identify yourself as the complainant.
- Describe the facts clearly and coherently.
- Identify the place where the facts occurred.
- Identify the alleged responsible party.
