Lima is preparing to host an unprecedented gastronomic experience. On August 29 and 30, Casa Prado will host the First Great International Meeting of Gourmet Products, Delicatessen & Premium Beverages: Expo Gourmet 2026, an event designed for the most demanding palates.
For two consecutive days, attendees will be able to taste, learn about, and purchase a carefully selected range of national and international gourmet products. The event will bring together more than 80 exhibitors and industry professionals in an environment designed to highlight the history, quality, and processes behind ingredients such as cheeses, charcuterie, artisanal bakery, specialty coffees, origin chocolates, olive oils, wines, piscos, and craft beers.
Exclusively represented in Peru by Corporación Multiferias, Expo Gourmet 2026 positions itself as a key showcase and commercial platform for the exhibition and promotion of established and emerging brands. The fair’s layout will be divided into thematic zones such as the Gourmet Plaza, the Gourmet Market, the Hall of Fame, and the Great Gourmet Reserve, the latter aimed at offering exclusive products under special conditions.
A schedule of live sensory experiences
One of the main attractions of Expo Gourmet 2026 will be its interactive offerings, designed for the public to engage firsthand with specialists from various categories.
The program will begin on Saturday, August 29, following the official inauguration alongside representatives from the Ministry of Production. The morning will be dedicated to specialty coffee tastings to explore aromas and roasting profiles, while in the afternoon workshops will be offered on assembling charcuterie boards, the “From Cocoa to Chocolate” process, and gourmet oil tastings. At night, the spotlight will shift to beverage pairings, piscos, and premium regional proposals.
On Sunday, August 30, activities will continue from noon with spaces dedicated to artisanal bakery, the marine proposal “From Sea to Table,” origin chocolate workshops, and the Gourmet Pantry experience, focused on vinegars, dressings, honeys, and special condiments.
