A day after the awaited meeting, during a phone conversation with María Pía Copello, Ethel revealed that the positive reaction from users on social media represents a new experience for her, as she had been used to receiving criticism for years.
Along those lines, she acknowledged that her decision to remain silent in the past created a mistaken perception about her personality, so now she seeks to express her opinions more freely.

About her departure from the América TV magazine show, the host reflected on the changes her career is going through and pointed out that this stage allowed her to open up to new projects. “I feel that things happen for a reason,” she stated.
