More than S/ 1.3 million in debts: trusted Minsa official has not paid banks since 2025 and now faces questions over drug purchases

Javier Henostroza, director of CENARES, has a bank debt of S/1.3 million, with more than four years overdue and classified as “Loss”. His management is also questioned for purchases close to S/40 million and for storing more than seven million expired syringes and expired medications for cancer treatments, HIV, and other priority diseases.
