The offer of rotisserie chicken in Peru is as vast as it is diverse, ranging from traditional and historic chains that keep the secret of the original recipe, to more contemporary proposals that bet on organic ingredients, innovative cooking techniques, and meticulous care in the side dishes. Finding the perfect balance in its preparation is a meticulous task, making the competition in this category one of the most fiercely contested in our awards.
In this new edition of the Somos Awards, the category for Best rotisserie chicken promises to be one of the most voted by the public, bringing together fifteen establishments that have taken this classic to its highest expression. Find out which ones they are and vote for your favorite.
What are the Somos Awards?
The Somos Awards are the gastronomic awards of the “Somos” magazine of the “El Comercio” newspaper. They have been given since 2023 as a way to recognize the culinary sector in all its dimensions.
They differ from other awards by being determined by popular vote. It is the public who helps us create a list of winners with their votes, a faithful reflection of what diners seek and want to try.
