It is important to consider two elements when reheating the chicken: the meat and the skin. One of the main tips is to avoid using the microwave oven. This is the least suitable way to do it, as the meat loses moisture and can end up being extremely dry.
How to properly reheat pollo a la brasa?
The correct way to heat pollo a la brasa starts from the previous moment. The pieces were probably stored in the refrigerator, so it is recommended to take them out half an hour before, so that the temperature of the meat is similar at the time of heating.
When reheating the pieces, it is important to remember that the moisture and fat content of the meat are important to achieve the best possible result. Thus, the breast is more likely to dry out, while the thigh and leg, being parts with more fat, can turn out better.
Whether to eat by pieces or reuse in other recipes, here we share three ways to properly reheat pollo a la brasa.

Reheat pollo a la brasa in a pan
If you are looking for something quick and simple, with utensils you probably have at home, the pan is the easiest way to reheat pollo a la brasa. The idea is to cut the chicken into pieces of similar size and put them in a pan previously heated with a little oil. Brown for a few minutes and then add liquid.

Ideally, you would add a little chicken broth if you have it, but water will also work. A good measure is 1/4 cup for every 200 grams of chicken. Cover for 10 minutes and let it heat over low heat. This way you will get juicy chicken.
In the oven
If you are one of those who usually use the oven, you will only need an oven-safe tray, aluminum foil, and oil. The tray is lined inside with aluminum foil and on this foil the chicken is placed, brushed with oil. Cover with more aluminum foil and bake at 220 °C for 8 minutes.
As in the previous method, a good idea to reheat pollo a la brasa is to add a couple of tablespoons of water or broth to maintain moisture.

In an air fryer
One of the appliances that has become extremely popular for its versatility is the air fryer (or air fryer, in English). To take advantage of it and properly reheat pollo a la brasa, you can place wax paper on the tray and then put 3 to 4 pieces. You can brush the chicken with oil or use a spray version, at a temperature of 200 °C for 8 minutes.
