Promigas announced the closing of the acquisition of 100% of Zelestra Latam for US$456.47 million, one of the main renewable energy generation platforms in Latin America, with presence in Peru, Colombia, and Chile.

This operation marks a milestone in the company’s evolution and strengthens its consolidation as a multi-energy platform in the region.
Zelestra Latam has a portfolio of projects covering different stages of development. It currently totals 1,273 MW between projects in operation and construction, as well as a pipeline close to 2.25 GW in development.
“This acquisition represents a decisive step in Promigas’ evolution towards a multi-energy holding in the region. In Peru, it allows us to complement our trajectory with new capabilities in renewable energies, but above all, to add talent: a human team with experience, knowledge, and a solid execution capacity.
