Through a Material Fact sent to the Superintendence of the Securities Market (SMV), Citibank del Perú reported that Miguel Uccelli Labarthe resigned from the position of general manager and director of the company.

His departure will take effect on August 31, 2026. “Citibank del Perú S.A. informs that Mr. Miguel Uccelli Labarthe has submitted his resignation from the positions of General Manager and Director of the company, which will be effective on August 31, 2026,” the document reads.
Citibank del Perú thanked Uccelli Labarthe for his dedication and leadership, and also recognized the contributions made to the company.

The appointment of his replacement, as well as the adoption of the corresponding corporate agreements, will be timely informed to the market, in accordance with applicable regulations.
